All: We are approaching our week at summer camp. Many parents have mentioned that they planned on coming up for a few days or the entire week. We need to have a list of adults who are planning on attending including the nights if any they plan on staying. This is necessary so that we have enough tents with beds and proper amount of food. Please let Scoutmaster Obernesser know if you are planning to attend camp including the nights you expect to be there.

Troop 4 Picnic 2014
From Kristin Dardano:
Hi everyone!
Next week is Troop 4’s picnic! I would like to start a list of what people would like to bring and get a head count.
The meat will be supplied by the Troop, so we need sides, condiments, drinks, and dessert. There are approximately 35 families in the troop. I am going to divide up what each family might bring by your son’s last name to get the ball rolling, but if you would like to bring something else let me know.
Last names starting with:
A – L: sides (namely potato salad, pasta salad, green salad, chips and beans)
M – N: condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish)
O – R: soda (2 [or more] 2-liter bottles each family)
S – Z: desserts
Please respond as soon as you can to let me know if you are coming, how many people are coming from your family and what you are bringing!
Thank you!
Flag Day 2014 Ceremonies
All: We are looking for a few Scouts to attend the Flag Day ceremonies at the 40/8 on June 14 at 10 AM. It should last about 30 minutes. Please inform Scoutmaster Obernesser if you can make it.
Summer Camp Physicals and Medical Information
Each Scout attending summer camp must have a current BSA Medical done within 12 months of the month attending camp. Scoutmaster Obernesser has sent a spreadsheet on 6/10 summarizing outstanding information requirements for the Troop. The OTC (Over the Counter) and sunscreen forms were sent to you and distributed at 6/4 Troop meeting. Without this paperwork your son can not attend camp. Please get this information to Scoutmaster Obernesser ASAP.
