Troop 4 Picnic 2014

From Kristin Dardano:

Hi everyone!

Next week is Troop 4’s picnic! I would like to start a list of what people would like to bring and get a head count.

The meat will be supplied by the Troop, so we need sides, condiments, drinks, and dessert. There are approximately 35 families in the troop. I am going to divide up what each family might bring by your son’s last name to get the ball rolling, but if you would like to bring something else let me know.

Last names starting with:

A – L: sides (namely potato salad, pasta salad, green salad, chips and beans)

M – N: condiments (ketchup, mustard, relish)

O – R: soda (2 [or more] 2-liter bottles each family)

S – Z: desserts

Please respond as soon as you can to let me know if you are coming, how many people are coming from your family and what you are bringing!

Thank you!

Summer Camp Physicals and Medical Information

Each Scout attending summer camp must have a current BSA Medical done within 12 months of the month attending camp. Scoutmaster Obernesser has sent a spreadsheet on 6/10 summarizing outstanding information requirements for the Troop. The OTC (Over the Counter) and sunscreen forms were sent to you and distributed at 6/4 Troop meeting. Without this paperwork your son can not attend camp. Please get this information to Scoutmaster Obernesser ASAP.
