The General Herkimer Home in Herkimer provides learning opportunities for our community and a look back into colonial life. They are in need of assistance which would provide our scouts with service hours/ project. On September 10th, they are requesting help with removing landscaping plants in preparation for the winter season. They are also looking for some scouts to help with their Halloween program at Glimmerglass state park on October 14 &15th (someone to scare people on their haunted hay ride).
